What is Typekit?
Typekit is a font subscription service that you can sync to a computer or use on a website. Instead of licensing each font, you can sign up for the plan that best fits your needs and get the font library to choose from.
Fonts from Typekit can be used to create websites, t-shirts, books, posters, and more. For all the details, see our licensed FAQ and full Typekit Service Agreement.
You can also expand your personal Typekit library by purchasing new fonts from Typekit Market or from one of our foundry partners.
Start
If you are a Creative Cloud customer, you already have access to Typekit! Sign in to typekit.com with your Adobe ID and start selecting multiple fonts.
If you are not a Creative Cloud customer, there are several types of standalone Typekit packages.
Once you've created an account, follow one of these tutorials to get started:
Sync fonts to your desktop
Add a font to your website
Your Typekit package gives you access to the fonts as long as your account is active. If you choose to cancel your plan, fonts will no longer be synced or presented to your website. Any site that uses web fonts from Typekit will display the fallback fonts specified in the font stack or your default browser.
